"Convenient to CSU" and well-situated "for getting Downtown", this "clean", "well-appointed" hotel garners praise for a staff that "bends over backward" "to help in any way it can"; also on the plus side are the "attractive atrium" lobby with a Starbucks, the "quiet" rooms with "comfy bed linens" and the free shuttle to nearby restaurants; less jolly are all the "extra charges" for things like "newspapers, bottled water and an Internet connection."

Beds were very comfortable.
We had NO cold water in our shower, therefore we couldn't take a shower.
The hotel was nice as far as appearance goes. But, when you have a whole day of traveling on an airplane, you REALLY want a shower in the morning. Only having scalding

Quality for the money spent.
Non-smoking room had previous smoker in it.
Overall this is a very nice hotel for the Fort Collins area. Close to CSU campus, close to all city offerings. Staff very helpful. Bar and food a bit pricey but good.
